Members and access
Who can see and edit a workspace, and how access is granted.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything: settings, members, gates, export, trash. |
| Member | Edit pages, ask, consult, comment, import; approve gates if named as a reviewer. |
| Tenant admin (Command) | Invite people to the tenant, name reviewers, see usage. |
Granting access
The owner grants access to this workspace. Teamspace membership does not open it. Add members from Settings; each addition writes member added to the ledger. Add your team.
Visibility
Private (owner grants), Shared (people in the teamspace can find it and ask for access), Public (visible to the whole tenant). Visibility never overrides a gate: approvals still need a named reviewer.
Personal vs shared memory
Preferences, corrections and project context are always personal to you. Domain memory (evidence, framings, in-flight topics) can be shared per workspace on Team plans.
