Versions and the activity ledger

Every save is a version. Every change is a row. This is the review record, and it is what your reviewers will read.

Versions

Save with the toolbar icon or ⌘S. The Conversations tab lists VERSIONS — v3 · <page title> · <timestamp> — and the linked threads. The Gates tab always names the version awaiting sign-off.

The activity ledger

The Activity tab, marked LIVE, is the document audit — who changed this page, what they did, and when. Row types:

The ledger is the Record companion. It is included in every export. Export document + record.
