VITAL Docs
Everything about the workbench, in the order you'll meet it — text, pictures and short films from inside the product.
VITAL is a workbench for pharma, medtech and healthtech teams: you write on a page, ask in your own words, and a Chief of Staff routes your question to the right specialist out of fifteen hundred. Every answer lands on the page with its sources; six checks run on it; a named person signs it before it leaves. These docs follow that path.
Start here
- What is VITAL — the three surfaces, the Chief of Staff, and why "how do you know that?" is the question we built for.
- Your first sign-in — what the Cohort Training walks you through, and how to pause and resume it.
- Create a workspace — where a launch lives: its pages, members and activity ledger.
- Asking on a page — the Orient composer, Quick vs Refer, and what "grounded" means here.
- The Consult Panel — three specialists answer in parallel; the Chief of Staff synthesises.
- Sign-off gates — nothing ships until a named person signs it.
How the docs are organised
Getting started is the first twenty minutes. Core concepts is the vocabulary — read it once and the rest of the product makes sense. Orient, Consult, The canvas, Verify and Gates, export, import follow the life of one document, from question to signed export. Marketplace and Workspaces and team cover the bench and the house rules. Reference has the video library, shortcuts, glossary, FAQ and plans.
If you'd rather ask
Open the workbench, and ask the Chief of Staff on any page: "Where should I start?" is a real starter chip. The answer is grounded on the page you're on — which is the whole idea.
