MLR Review gets the packet ready. Your board decides.

It prepares your material for medical, legal and regulatory review, market by market, with every conflict in view. It never approves.

Guardrails checked4 refusals

Approval wording, a system as owner, an unasked market, a call without a key.

Our own checks on 24 October 2026. They test the guardrails, not the quality of a review.

01The problem

Help with the packet. Never the approval.

A general assistant will gladly help gather the draft, the markets and three sets of comments. If asked, it will also call the copy compliant. That is the one sentence a tool in this process must never write.

A general assistant

"This leave-behind is compliant and ready to use in Germany and the United States."

Nobody named the United States, and no person approved anything.
With MLR Review

"Prepared for human review for Germany and Switzerland. Not approved for use."

Approval wording is refused. The United States is not added unless you name it. A named person owns the packet.

Illustrative example. The wording shows how the tools are designed to behave; it is not a transcript.
02How it works

Trust, but verify, then get READY.

TRUSTED drafts to the standard, VERIFY checks each claim against your sources, and READY prepares the packet for your board. None of them signs.

MLR rules

A paid service that supplies the market rules, refuses approval wording and prepares the record.

Installing the plugin does not give access to the Connector.
03The method and the rules

READY for your board.

Five steps, one letter each. The last letter is the point: the software yields, and a person decides. Each market pack holds the checks each chair runs and the sources behind them.

  • EvaluateThree chairsWhat does each chair find against its own rules? The medical, legal and regulatory chairs, each written against its rules. A person reviews every chair.
  • AlignCompileWhere do the chairs disagree? The three chairs side by side. Where they disagree, the conflict stays in the packet.

Markets loaded in fullv0.2.0

Six markets. The rest, said plainly.

  • GlobalPromotional; scientific exchange. Always layered under the markets you name.
  • United States21 CFR 202; FDA advertising and labeling-consistency guidance
  • European UnionDirective 2001/83/EC, Title VIII; EFPIA Code
  • United KingdomABPI Code; MHRA Blue Guide
  • GermanyHWG; AMG; FSA Code
  • SwitzerlandSwissmedic guidance; Therapeutic Products Act; Pharma Code
  • Listed, not yet loadedFrance, Japan, Canada, Australia, Brazil. For these, MLR Review says so. It never borrows another country's rules.

Full packs cover material for healthcare professionals; patient, payer and other audiences have no full pack yet. A pack is a checklist for the chairs, not legal advice.

04Evidence

No benchmark yet. Four guardrails checked.

A comparison of review packets with and without MLR Review has not run. When it has, the result appears here with its method and its limits, whichever way it goes.

  • Refuses approval wording

Words such as "approved for use" or "MLR approved" are rejected in the packet.

  • Refuses a system as owner

The prepared record needs a person's name.

  • Never adds the United States unasked

Intake requires the markets to be named.

  • Answers only with a key

The hosted connector refuses calls without one.

Checks of the connector's behavior on 24 October 2026, run by us. They test the guardrails, not the quality of a review.

Eight skills, one chair at a time.

  • Start at R

06What it does not do

It prepares. It never approves.

We evaluate; we never certify

This prepares material for human MLR review. It is not medical, legal or regulatory approval.
