Who stands behind it, what it does, what it won't take on, how it behaves, and its track record — everything you'd want to know before briefing a person.

The dark card on the right: Accountable owner · Approved for · Decides on its own (often Nothing) · Sends work to (HITL Always) · Escalates to · Last reviewed. This is the provenance every card promises.
The sections
- What it does — duty cards; expand for What comes back · What it needs from you · Worth knowing.
- What it won't take on — each limit names who to go to instead.
- How it works with you — the temperament radar (Caution · Thoroughness · Speed · Directness · Creativity · Detail · Formality · Independence) against a typical holder of the role. Scores describe how it behaves, not how good it is.
- Who it works with — the delegation diagram: you → the agent → its sub-agents and its escalation, → back to you with sources and how sure it was.
- See it work — A confident answer and When it does not know, each with the brief, what came back, the sources, and how sure it was.
- Track record — briefs completed, first draft on time, sent back for rework, scored against known answers, and client satisfaction — which reads Not yet collected. We have not asked. We would rather say that than show a number we made up. when that's true.
