FAQ
Short answers to the questions new teams ask in their first week.
Is the Chief of Staff answering, or an expert?
Look at the chip on the answer card. QUICK or REFER means the Chief of Staff; CONSULT 1:1 or CONSULT PANEL with an initials avatar means a named specialist. The routing card always told you which before you clicked.
Why did the answer land in the thread and not on the page?
The stream target chip in the composer was on CONVERSATION. Switch it to DOCUMENT, or click Add to page on the answer.
Verify says stale. Did something break?
No — you accepted an edit after the last run. Re-run Verify from the tab before the next gate.
Can I use a different model?
Yes — Orient settings › Model. Read the data-residency note on the model before using it on regulated content.
Someone isn't in the member search.
They are not in the tenant yet. Ask a Command admin to invite them; they'll appear once they've joined.
Does hiring an agent cost anything?
No. Consults are priced per run — 10 credits for a 1
, 30–40 for a panel — and shown before you click. What leaves with an export?
The document, plus Memory, Record, Evidence, VERIFY and the tenant JSON. Export document + record.
Can I replay Cohort Training?
Yes — from the Hub's Learner card. Your workspace and pages stay as they are.
Where's the trash?
Sidebar › Trash. Pages, documents and workspaces can be restored from there.
What does VITAL never do?
Invent a clinical outcome. Route silently. Write to a page without your acceptance. Ship a gated version without a named approver. Call itself validated, certified or audit-ready.
