Orient
You ask, on a page, in your own words. The Orient panel on the right reads the page you're on and any memory that exists, and answers or recommends. Orient is a conversation about a document, not a chat in a vacuum — that is what "grounded" means here. Asking on a page.
Decide
The Chief of Staff never routes silently. It shows a routing recommendation — a 1
specialist, a panel of three to five, a named service, or itself — with a reason per option and the price before any click. Above its confidence floor of 0.90 it proceeds; below, it waits for you. The kicker on the card says it plainly:ROUTING RECOMMENDATION · YOU DECIDE. The routing recommendation.
Deliver
The specialist writes onto the page, every claim with a source. Verify runs six checks on it. A gate asks a named person to approve or send back. Export carries the document with its family — Memory, Record, Evidence, VERIFY — and the tenant JSON. Sign-off gates.
Why three words
Because each has an owner. You orient. You and the Chief of Staff decide. A named specialist and a named person deliver. When someone later asks "how do you know that?", the answer is a name at each step.
