Profile and settings
Settings tabs — Profile, Account, Notifications, Appearance, Memory.
Open Settings from the account menu, or go to /settings. Tabs on Face:

Account lets you send a password-reset email and delete your account. Two-factor authentication shows Coming soon — do not expect it live. Deep links like /settings?tab=profile land on the named tab.
Do not teach /workbench/settings or the admin memory-consent matrix as your operator Account. Those are admin paths.
