Billing
Partial. Command billing if you have access; otherwise Account with no wallet UI.
Billing on Face is partial.
From the account menu, Billing goes to /command/billing when you have Command access (or admin). That credits page is incomplete — do not expect a finished wallet there.
If you do not have Command access, the same menu item lands on /settings?tab=account. That Account tab has no billing UI — it is security and delete only.
Credit prices for Consultation live on the + New pills and are documented under Credits. These docs do not invent a settings balance you can top up from Account.
