The four services and the Chief of Staff
Orient is your Chief of Staff, on the page you are working on. Open the right panel, or type /Orient. It answers directly (Guide), or recommends the right expert or service (Refer). Orient is included in every plan.

1 Page: a blank page in this workspace.2 Orient is included.3 Brief: one expert, one question.4 Panel: three to five experts deliberate.5 Analysis: a finished document against your questions.
Brief, Panel and Analysis are Consultations: work with named experts. You pick the type, then the workspace, and you get a page ready for that work.
| Consultation | Who works on it | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Brief | One expert | A short answer to one question, with its sources |
| Panel | Three to five experts | A deliberation in turn, then one synthesis, with the disagreements kept |
| Analysis | One expert, following a named method | Plan, do the work, compile the document |
The price is on the button before you click. Mission, a governed engagement with named roles and gates you sign, is in build.
Do not confuse:
- Orient Guide is your Chief of Staff; a Brief is a named expert.
- A Panel is three to five experts deliberating; a Mission is a multi-step engagement where people approve each step.
