Panel

New work, then Panel, from inside a workspace, and choose three to five experts. First the Chief of Staff proposes the agenda: Accept, Edit or Reject it. Then the experts deliberate in turn, each reading the last, and one synthesis is written, with the tension and the dissent recorded rather than averaged. The price is the same whatever the number of experts, and it is on the button before you click. A Panel has no approval steps of its own; that is what Missions are for (in build).
