Visibility
Private, shared, and public. Shared and public nest under a teamspace. Teamspace membership does not open the workspace.
Visibility is set in Workspace settings. It answers who can find the room. It does not, by itself, decide who can write.

| Private | The owner grants access. The workspace sits outside any teamspace. |
| Shared | The workspace nests under a teamspace in the sidebar. You still grant people into the room. |
| Public | Visible to the tenant. Settings still ask you to pick a teamspace nest. |
Shared and public will not save without a teamspace. The form says so.
Teamspace membership does not open the workspace. People in that teamspace do not automatically become members of this room. You add them under Members.
Cross-tenant sharing is Marketplace, not a visibility. Do not set Public expecting another company to see the work.
Change visibility, then Save. A private workspace also cannot share domain memory — that toggle is a Memory setting, not this table.
