Sign in and the Hub
Sign in lands on Workbench Hub. The newcomer wizard does not intercept you. The tour does not auto-open.
Sign in. Unless you already had a deeper destination (an invite, a shared page, a bookmark), you land on Workbench Hub at /workbench. That is the default after password sign-in and after social sign-in.
The newcomer wizard does not intercept you. The onboarding gate is off. The surface tour does not auto-open. If you want the tour, open the account menu and choose Replay tour.
There is no Cohort Training that starts itself a moment after the Hub paints. If a film exists on the older docs site, it is documentation media, not the product first run.
What the Hub is
The Hub is a home, not a chat page. After it loads you should see a greeting, a Chief of Staff card, Today, your workspaces, a few KPIs, Latest, and Activity. On a wide screen the Orient rail can sit on the right so you can start a Guide turn without opening a page first. You can also ignore that rail and use New.
A LEARNER / SKEPTIC switcher can change Hub order. That switcher is a preview for Super Admin. It is not a first-run control for every operator. Do not wait for it.
The first useful move
Open a workspace you already have, or use New.
If you want help on a page you are already writing, open that page and stay on Guide. If you want a named specialist, a panel, or a Catalogue method, go to + New.
