What a governed run is for. On the Face these are the page, Sources, and Activity/Gates — not three + New objects.
Every governed run is for three things. That is entity law: the draft, the evidence trail, and the review record (who decided, on what evidence, with what dissent). The essays call this the record. The customer owns it. The platform compounds structure, not your content.
On the Workbench today those three names are not three + New objects. They are what you should be able to point at on a page.
The draft
The canvas page. Your words and the agent’s words live in the same page body. Accept or reject what landed. That is the deliverable you can keep editing.
The evidence trail
How a reviewer spot-checks instead of re-deriving. On the page that is the [n] chips, the Sources tab, Verify, and any Evidence & Sources child. A Consultation Research or Catalogue compile that cites sources is producing this trail. An Orient Guide turn that answers from the page and memory may produce a thinner trail. Say so; do not invent sources.
The review record
Who decided. On the page that is the activity ledger and, where a gate exists, the Gates tab and the export family. A well-formed gate names a human, shows the trail (not only the conclusion), and can record dissent.
Consultation Expert Panel does not add that ceremony. Mission is the service that does — and Mission is Coming Soon in + New.
The record is designed and partially built. It has not been measured against a real signature. Do not read the three names as a claim that every Consultation Quick turn emits a named gate with dissent.
