You do not have to start a Consultation to get help.

Open the page you are already writing. Open the right-rail Orient tab, or type slash Orient. Leave the depth on Guide. Ask in the page’s language. The Chief of Staff answers with this page, your relationship memory with that agent, and tools when they are enabled.

If the next step is a specialist, switch the depth to Refer. Confirm the recommendation if a card appears. That is how Orient hands you to Consultation without you guessing the menu.

Use + New → Consultation when you already know you want a named expert, a panel, or a Catalogue method. Use Guide when the work is this page, and you want to stay on it.

Guide is not Consultation Quick. The Orient picker on the Face is Guide · Refer.
