Grant Owner, Member, Commenter, or Viewer. Activity on the home is the audit trail for this room.
Members
Open Workspace settings. The member list is how people get into the room.

| Commenter | Cannot write the canvas. |
| Viewer | Cannot write the canvas. |
Add a person, pick the grant, save. Teamspace membership is not this list. A shared workspace can sit under a teamspace and still have an empty member list besides the owner.
Activity
The Activity region on the workspace home is the audit trail for this room. Page creates, knowledge-pack additions, and member changes land here.
The Hub also has an Activity list. That list is a wider peek across your work. It is not a substitute for this feed.
Activity is not Memory. It is not the knowledge pack. It is the ledger of what happened in the room.
