Export and share
The page kebab exports the canvas. Gates can ZIP the record. Share is page access.
Export
Open the page ⋯ menu and choose Export.

XL formats can be turned off by your administrator. When they are off, the kebab keeps Markdown, HTML, and JSON.
The kebab also offers Import into page for Markdown, CSV, JSON, and Office files (Word, PDF, ODT) converted through HTML. That brings a file onto this canvas — it is not how you create a Consultation.
A second export lives on the right-rail Gates tab: Export document + record. That downloads one ZIP of the page record (markdown companions plus record.json). There is no format picker on that button. Older pamphlets that show a Gates DOCX/PDF/Markdown dialog are stale.
Share
Share on the page opens page access: private, shared, or public, with optional per-person grants when the page is shared. A public page can carry a copyable link. Workspace membership still matters for who can reach the room; Share is the page-level control.
Share is not a Create menu row. Export downloads a file; share keeps the work in the workbench.
