Orient

The platform has three service phases. They are not three equal buttons on + New.

Orient is the Chief of Staff, on the page you already have. You do not create an Orient page. You open the right-rail Orient tab (or the slash command Orient) on a Document or any canvas page. Depths are Guide and Refer.

Guide answers on this page, with page context, memory, and tools when enabled.

Refer checks whether you should move to a named specialist or another service, and may show a confirmation card before it does.

Orient is not billed as a Consultation rung.

Consult

Consult is insight-to-decision with a named specialist, not the Chief of Staff. The Face name in + New is Consultation. You pick a depth, then a workspace, and you get a canvas primed for that depth.

Reason is a rail depth on an already-open Consultation (extended deliberation on the Research spine). It is not a + New row. When it bills, it bills at the Research rung (5 credits). Do not sell Reason as a fourth Create product.

Deliver

Deliver is Mission: a productized engagement with human gates. The menu row is Mission, marked Coming Soon. Super Admin can see the SKU list (Ad Board, Consultation, Deep Search, HEOR Evidence Strategy, Deal Valuation, Launch Sequencing, Competitor Intelligence); each row still toasts Coming Soon. Job and UoW are not Create-menu products for operators.

Do not mix these pairs

Orient Guide is not Consultation Quick.

Consultation Expert Panel is not Mission Ad Board (3–5 specialists without ceremony vs a gated Mission engagement).

Catalogue is a Consultation method, not a Mission.

Older pamphlets may still say Ask. Operator copy is Orient, Consultation, Mission.
