Three to five specialists. Flat 10 credits. Deliberation, not a Mission.
New → Consultation → Expert Panel. Pick a workspace. The picker says Choose 3–5 specialists and stays open until the set is valid.
Each seat is a named specialist. The panel deliberates. It is not a Mission, and it does not run human gate ceremony. Ad Board is a Coming Soon Mission row — it is not this product and it is not nested under Consultation.
The completed panel settles at a flat 10 credits. Seat count does not multiply the price. Older pamphlets that say 30–40 are leftover design. Panel seats stay on Quick depth for their own turns.
