Not the knowledge pack
Pack is notes in this room. Memory is relationship and craft.
The workspace knowledge pack is material you paste or upload into this room so agents working here can retrieve it. It lives with the workspace. You already manage it under Workspace settings — see Knowledge pack is not Memory.
Memory is different. It is the relationship between you and an agent, plus craft that may be promoted. It is not a folder of files you drop into a room.
Mixing the two causes the wrong expectation: uploading a PDF to the pack does not “turn on Memory,” and opting into Memory does not publish your pack to the firm.
