Consent
Memory is off until you opt in on Settings → Memory.
Open Settings → Memory. Personalized Memory starts off. Flip it on when you want the platform to keep relationship signals for your seat.
While it is off, Consultation and Orient still run — they simply do not accrue personalized memory for you. While it is on, you can still delete individual facts or episodes the tab lists when those surfaces load.
Shared memory on a workspace home and the domain-memory share toggle in workspace settings are separate. Domain-memory sharing requires a Team plan and a shared or public workspace. Those controls do not replace the Settings Memory opt-in.
The admin consent matrix under Workbench settings is not the operator Account path. Use /settings for your seat.
